1. LED lamp

l Machine wavelength test only tolerate ±1nm error. To ensure the color consistency of our led screen.

l Can avoid the static damage on LEDs by manual plug in and ensure long lifespan.

l Automatic plug in, LEDs firmly fixed on the PCB. To reduce the possibility of LEDs loosening or falling off from PCB and cause LEDs unlighted after long time using.

2. LED module

l Automatic wave soldering ensure our tin points uniform and full, can greatly avoid the cold solder, false solder, dead solder. To guarantee the stability of our led screen.

l Advanced technology IC built-in PCB front, IC fully sealed with heat conductive glue and PCB conformal coating process to protect them from water, oxidation and corrosion.
